Event Venue – Justice Pratap, SSN School of Management.
All participants are required to carry their college ID cards.
Participants are required to carry their own laptops, pen drive, etc.
Participants are required to report at the event venue at least 15 minutes prior to the commencements of the events.
All the participants are requested to register online for core and fun events. However, on spot registration can also be done.
The online registration window will be open until 26/10/2023 (Thursday).
A participant can take part in more than one event however, make sure the timings of the event should not clash.
Candidates from different institutions will not be allowed to form a team.
All the events will commence at scheduled time and punctuality will be appreciated.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Students are expected to maintain decorum at all times and any violation of rules can disqualify the team.
The registration fee has been mentioned in the event part, please read carefully before payment.

Core Events
The registration fee is Rs.150 for participating in one core event.
For participants who wants to take part in more than one core event, the registration fee is Rs.200.

All Day Events
These events are not included in the core events.
These events will have some fee that has to be paid on spot.
Students interested can register online and also offline registration is also available.
Payment for events
The registration fees for one event is Rs.150.
If students want to participate in more than one core event they just need to pay additional Rs.50(Total = Rs.200), so that they can participate in more than one core events.
